Teamwork and Team Building: The VoltWeekend
When the overwhelming majority of employees take the time to come together, exchange ideas, and get to know new colleagues despite vacation time and weekends, it can only be described as follows: a strong team with strong motivation!
From
August 11th to 12th, our colleagues gathered in the Allgäu region to get to
know each other even better, celebrate shared successes, and welcome new team
members into the VoltStorage family. Just as diverse as the areas of
responsibility, professional backgrounds, and age ranges from early 20s to late
50s, the nationalities at VoltStorage are also diverse: after all, people from
nearly 20 countries contribute to shaping the future of energy storage here.
Therefore, it's all the more important to celebrate this diversity and bring it
together as a unified team.
In various team challenges and alpine-style sports competitions, it quickly became apparent how well the respective skills of the participants complemented each other. Challenges were taken on together and creatively solved - whether it was about accuracy, dexterity, speed, or strategy and tactics. In the end, it was clear that each and every individual is a winner.
A big thank you to the Allgäuer Panorama-Hotel Oberstaufen for their great flexibility in accommodating our large group, as well as to the team at the AktivZentrum Allgäu for the successful execution of the "Lumberjack Olympics" and a fantastic team-building evening.

Verena Graf, COO of VoltStorage, summed it up: "It's an incredibly amazing feeling that such a large group has come together to grow as a team even better than before and to strengthen the motivation to realize our shared vision."
This largest event of its kind marked a milestone in VoltStorage's corporate culture. It provided a well-deserved reward for the hard work and achievements of the dedicated employees and also served as a platform for appreciation.
"Our employees are the heart of our company and contribute significantly to our success. This event was our way of saying thank you and, at the same time, promoting the team spirit with which we look ahead and aim to continue developing and growing," said Verena Graf.
