The VoltStorage success story began in 2016 as a Munich-based startup with the vision of making clean and affordable energy accessible around the clock. Since then, we have been working continuously to give our customers the opportunity to take their energy supply into their own hands and drive the energy transition forward.
Our storage solutions are as environmentally friendly as the energy they store. We focus on a sustainable alternative in contrast to conventional storage technologies and develop and produce stationary storage systems based on flow technology. The result is revolutionary: green, durable and safe batteries for a wide range of applications.

Volker Schulte has been the CEO of VoltStorage GmbH since September 2024. He is responsible for the strategic expansion and leveraging of global market opportunities in the field of renewable energy, and is driving the commercialization of iron salt battery technology with his international expertise.
Michael Peither, CIO
Michael Peither is Co-Founder and CIO of VoltStorage GmbH and is responsible for innovations and patents, business development as well as marketing & PR.
Verena Graf, CTO
Verena Graf is CTO of VoltStorage GmbH with a focus on the technical and strategic management of research & development as well as purchasing and software development.
Michael Reinartz, COO
Michael Reinartz is COO of VoltStorage GmbH and is responsible for the organization of production including warehousing and logistics as well as the serial production of the storage solutions.
