It is important to us that you feel comfortable with us, that you have time to familiarise yourself and get to know the team. We don't believe in throwing a new team member in at the deep end, but will support you as best we can during your induction.
In addition to general information that we provide to our new employees, you will receive a systematic technical induction from your future supervisor or colleagues. Your VoltMate - an internal mentor - will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have during the initial period. We are already looking forward to our first lunch break together!
