Our vision was and is to make renewable energy available around the clock to enable a green, sustainable and fair future. To boost our big project I am looking for an
Head of Engineering (gn).
In your role as Head of Engineering (gn) you will be the technical and disciplinary lead of the engineering departments and ensure the best product performance in close cooperation with the Product Manager (gn), always keeping an eye on costs, time and legal standards. You are not only the contact person for various stakeholders within the organization but also the sparring partner for our engineers.

In your role as Head of Engineering (gn) you will be the technical and disciplinary lead of the engineering departments and ensure the best product performance in close cooperation with the Product Manager (gn), always keeping an eye on costs, time and legal standards. Therefore we need you
You are a perfect fit for us if you can imagine the following tasks in the future:
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the engineering teams in the areas of mechanics and electronics
- Direct contact and close cooperation with management (CTO, CPO)
- Responsibility for product and production requirements and their technical implementation
- Configuration and change management
- Planning and optimization of all product development and design processes
- Budget responsibility for the entire product development
- Ensuring knowledge exchange across projects and departments
With that you bring us further
Make sure to convince us about yourself, even if you bring other suitable experiences and skills than the following:
- Sound technical education, ideally in mechanical engineering with experience in mechatronics or electronics
- Relevant experience with redox flow technology or fuel cell
- Several years of leadership experience in a similar role and a "can-do" attitude, preferably in a start-up environment
- Experience with complex (high) technology products and development cycles
- Out-of-the-box thinking
- Interest in renewable energy and understanding of the energy market is a plus
- Fluent English skills are required
