Teamlead (gn) mechanical engineering
Become part of our product engineering team and push ahead the development of the redox flow systems.
Therefore we need you
You are a perfect fit for us if you can imagine the following tasks in the future:
- Overall responsibility for the (mechanical & hydraulic) development of modules for our redox flow systems
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of a 3-5-person team
- Overview of the tasks assigned to the team with regard to quality, deadlines and costs
- Consideration of the relevant standards and guidelines regarding our product
- Design of plastic/metal components and assemblies
- Coordination with suppliers and service providers, as well as approval of drawings & designs
- Accompaniment of the product development process
With that you bring us further
Make sure to convince us about yourself, even if you bring other suitable experiences and skills than the following:
- Practical experience in product development
- Several years of design experience (in the field of battery systems)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and capabilities
- Degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics (mechanical background)
- Solid Works knowledge (CAD)
- Fluent German and English
- First management experience
- Communication skills, empathy and the ability to think "outside the box"
